If you’ve reached the age of 40...or 30...or 60 feeling like you’ve been operating on a faulty operating system, I see you. You aren’t broken; you’re just un-cataloged.

I’m Amy Mae, a late-diagnosed Autistic librarian turned Clinical Mental Health Counselor-in-training. I specialize in the intersection of clinical psychology and Human Design: a bridge between the science of how your brain works and the energetic blueprint of who you were born to be.

This is a sensory-friendly space for the overstimulated, the "too much," and the "not enough." Whether we are diving into your HD chart to find your natural flow or navigating the complexities of a neurodivergent life, my goal is simple: To help you stop performing and start existing.
